| School visitsVisits can be scheduled from 10am to 4pm each school day or outside of those hours by arrangement. The usual visit time is 1 to 2 hours. Research facilities are available at the Museum. Any special interests of students and teachers can be catered for in regard to program variations. How do I confirm a booking? Teacher Information and Resource Pack Once a booking form is returned confirming a visit, a teacher information and resource pack will be sent. The pack contains relevant information and worksheets. It is the responsibility of the school to photocopy the worksheets for the students. What should we bring?
Facilities Available Wheelchair access, toilets, coach parking, picnic area and main street within a minute’s walk. Supervision Teachers should ensure that their students are adequately supervised. The Museum staff will provide a safe environment for all visitors. It would be appreciated if visitors treat exhibits with respect and responsibility. | |
